How do I place an order?

Please make sure to complete all personalization options that apply to your order. Click on the "Add to Cart" button found on the product page. Once done, open your Shopping Cart to review and "Check Out" your order.  Kindly ensure that you provide us with your complete contact information - name, email address, mobile number and shipping address.

After completing the ordering process, expect to receive an email confirmation from us within 24 hours. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payments via Paymongo: GCash, Master & Visa Credit/Debit Cards, PayMaya & GrabPay.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your payment has been verified, your order will be processed the following day.  

All items are handmade upon receiving your order.  Lead time usually takes 5-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays (shipping is not included in the lead time).  

Regular shipping typically takes 2-5 days if within Metro Manila and 3-7 days if Provincial. If you're in a rush, we suggest to book Grab / Lalamove for same day delivery within Metro Manila.

For rush orders or request made before the due date, we require a minimum of P2,000.00 worth of orders with an additional 10% rush fee. All rush order subject are subject for approval.

In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if unclaimed, the full shipping charge for redelivery will be shouldered by the customer. To avoid delays, please make sure that a representative is available to receive the package.

Sewterrific ships through 3rd party courier and will not be liable for any delays and loss, after shipment has been made.

Is there a shipping fee?

Yes, shipping fee based on Ninjavan rates is added to your total bill upon checkout.  Sometimes, we run free shipping promotions.

  • Metro Manila: P90.00

  • Provincial:  P150.00

Do you accept returns?

Since all items are custom made for you, strictly no return, no exchange.

Can I still make changes to my order?

Since all items are custom made for you, we do not allow changes to be made 24 hours after payment has been confirmed.
